Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by CDP Capital Enterprises LLC (“CDP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors.

2. Scope of Services

CDP provides consulting and professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Resume and Career Strategy

  • AI and Automation Consulting

  • Infrastructure and Systems Optimization

  • Business Advisory and Strategy

  • Bookkeeping and Operational Support

  • Logistics, Cleaning and Service-Based Solutions.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide Accurate and Timely Information

  • Participate in Consultations

  • Review Deliverables Promptly

  • Maintain Confidentiality of Proprietary Materials.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

CDP provides professional guidance and strategy but does not guarantee employment, business results, financial outcomes, or specific performance improvements.

5. Payment and Fees

Payment terms will be defined in service agreements, proposals, or invoices. Services may require upfront payment or deposits.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and professional nature of our services:

  • Refunds are not provided once work has begun

  • Service credits or revisions may be offered at our discretion

  • Dissatisfaction will be addressed through consultation and support.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, templates, and methodologies remain the property of CDP unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client data and proprietary information. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality except as required by law.

9. Automation and Technology Limitations

CDP utilizes automation, artificial intelligence, and third-party platforms. We are not responsible for:

  • Platform Outages

  • Vendor Changes

  • System Limitations

  • Data loss caused by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CDP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in the state of North Carolina.

12. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
